Patrick has been with the magazine for over three years now and he is currently our Deputy Editor. Prior to that he was the Bush Editor of the SA4X4 Magazine in South Africa. Patrick loves nothing more than exploring new places in a Land Rover.
Ed combines his engineering training with his passion for Land Rovers and career in technical journalism to produce features that give you a thorough understanding of how your Land Rover works, as well as how to fix it. As our Technical Editor, he is supported by the best team of technical writers and photographers in the business to bring a fresh, intelligent approach to Land Rover technicalities.
Louise’s career in automotive journalism kicked off at the age of 15 when she retold the experience of driving an 850 T5-R around Donington Park with BTCC star Kelvin Burt for the Volvo magazine. Since then she’s been editor of several car titles, professionally raced, and ran PR campaigns for major car manufacturers. She’s now gone freelance and edits, writes and photographs for LRM.
His love of Land Rovers began on the home farm in County Londonderry. Today he lives and runs a Land Rover workshop in Jordanstown, near Belfast. However, he spends much of his time greenlaning in the beautiful County Donegal.
He has been a freelance car photographer since 1999, shooting Land Rovers, Porsche 911s and commercial vehicles for magazines, books and manufacturers. Alisdair has twice won the Audi/Guild of Motoring Writers Photographer of the Year, in 2012 and 2010, but his first freelance job was for LRM. He has since shoot many covers and features for us. When not photographing Land Rovers, he enjoys touring petrol stations in the ex-factory 1995 Range Rover Classic that he lovingly restored.
Russ is originally from the West of Ireland and recently returned home after a spending a few years touring Australia. Russ is at his happiest when filming, taking photographs and writing about the great outdoors.
Dave is our clubs and events guru. When only 15 years old he would go and work in a local garage after school. In 1990 he was involved with the planning of the first Land Rover show at Billing. Today he still enjoys competing in Land Rover trials.
