Urban Truck has revealed the three cars set to spearhead its range of modified Land Rovers in 2016.
The marque took the covers off of the 2016 Evoque, 2016 SVR and its beefed-up Ultimate 110 SW SE at Autosport International, with all three benefiting from Urban’s dab hand inside and out.
Built to fit the face-lifted 2016 Evoque, Urban’s own take on the car features new front and rear bumpers, a sprayed front grille, shadow black side-steps, and a set of 22 inch alloys. Under the bonnet lies Land Rover’s new 2-litre Ingenium engine, while on the windscreen sits a £47,995 price-tag.
The £112,000 SVR is the most expensive of Urban’s latest additions. Resplendent in chromed aqua blue, the SVR benefits from a splash of carbon across the grille, wing mirrors and side-steps. The range-topper also comes with Urban’s custom-made front splitter, and sits on a set of 23 inch concave CSR alloys.
Perhaps the most interesting of the three is the Ultimate 110 UW SE. Finished in Audi Nardo Grey, Urban’s latest take on the Defender comes as standard with a ‘Best of British’ front grille, bonnet vents, LED lights and painted rear cross-member. On the inside, Urban have sound-proofed what started out in life as a utility model, while adding windows, Recaro front seats, a Pioneer sat-nav system, and a twin JZ subwoofer. Under the bonnet lies a remapped 180 bhp unit, which expels its gases through a stainless steel exhaust system.
